My goal in every session is to minimize takes, interpret direction quickly, and deliver usable reads with broadcast-quality audio that easily drop into the final mix.
Because I have experience, I know the right questions to ask, and I know how to pivot when necessary. My background in journalism and as a copy editor is also helpful, as I can make suggestions when need be to help clarify a script’s verbiage or fix punctuation to achieve the desired result. All of this means getting on the same page as producers, editors, audio engineers and clients more quickly, and getting them the results they want fast and without headaches.
