As the year winds to a close, it’s a good time as a small-business owner to take stock of how your year went. What did you do well and where did you thrive? What areas could use some improvement? You can (and should!) create lists of these things, so that come January you can start to create a new plan of action for the coming year based on last year’s information.
Yes, the holiday season is busy, but try to take a few minutes out of your otherwise hectic schedule to make this happen. Your business will thank you for it next year!
