The call to action at the end of the script gave the company’s phone number and a URL. Great, right? Here’s what it said:
Give us a call at 7XX.9X7.XXX7 or visit us as THISGREATsite.com to book your appointment!”
Did you notice the typo? AI might not have, and would have read it as is. (And actually, I’m not quite sure how it would have handled the URL either, but that’s another topic.) But this voice talent saw the typo and knew that it should have read “AT,” not “AS.” So I voiced it the proper way, and presto! Bingo! The client gets the advert they wanted, the first time, with no back and forth.
