If you’re like me, then your “To Do” list may seem to grow exponentially. There are so many things to be accomplished, and only so many hours in a day. Add to that my duties and responsibilities as wife and mother, and that means even less time per day to focus on work.
But it’s important to try to carve out some time every day to do something to move your business forward. It doesn’t have to be something monumental. Save bigger tasks for days when you have less going on (or even think about scheduling time one day a week to attack some of those big-ticket items).
Even something as small as making one phone call or sending out one email is something, and you should celebrate the fact that you’ve done something to help your business!
And the good news is all those little things add up to big things.
And if you absolutely just can’t manage to squeeze something in one day (hey, life happens, right?), don’t beat yourself up about it. Just have a plan and get back on track the next day, or the day after. The important thing is to keep moving forward, and to keep doing little things to help move your business forward.
Here’s to success for all of us!
